as mentioned below, Portastatic is playing Duke Gardens this Sunday the 22nd at 7 PM, and i just got word that for anyone interested in bringing the kids to this rare early rock show, said kids under 12 get in free to the show, so bring 'em on!

UPDATE! also learned today that you can bring your own picnic and drinks, so let's make a party out of it...

Sunday, June 22 we're playing a show in Duke Gardens, a popular place for kids to skip class and play frisbee when i was in high school (not that i ever did that myself, mind you).

Friday, June 27th at the Sled Island Festival in Calgary...at 5.40 pm, we're happily sandwiched between the Broken West and Yo La Tengo.
