On the Upside...
ok the Credit Card bill that Obama signed into law last week lacks teeth on a number of major issues, and none of it takes effect for 9 months so consumers get screwed without restriction for awhile longer, but here's one good thing to come from that law -- apparently the inanely horrible, horribly inane "free credit report . com" commercials with the awful singing guy could become a thing of the past! It's not a cap at 15% on interest rates, but still...

Don't follow this. Which are the horrible free credit report commercials? I have only seen those awesome ones where the band are pirates at a restaurant or play at a Ren Fair or drive a car. We should realize that if the legislation is getting rid of the awful commercials, it may be getting rid of these cool ones too. Maybe I just like them because I'm indie, though.
yeah i'm only referring to the ones with the Major Label band playing the song!
