we make pizza in our house a fair amount, but this one was exceptionally tasty so i had to take a pic....kale, egg & farmer's cheese....i could eat this pretty much every day.
Mac I can smell pizza from across the country, next time you guys bake one I might show up at your front door with a napkin tucked into the collar of my shirt and a fork and knife.
wonderin'...do the eggs go on the pizza from the start, or somewhere after it goes in? for me, ideally the yolks would be runny - seems like the pizza would take longer to cook than than the eggs.

Looks delicious
what kind of sauce if any?
Wow, that looks good. Did you braise the kale first?
man put a picture of pizza up here and it's instant comments! awesome.
no sauce, just some olive oil on the crust and then on the whole thing before going in the oven.
kale definitely braised...i will get more details if you like...
update:
ok not braised, just blanched. here's the word from the actual chef of the kale:
kale is blanched in salted water until almost tender but still bright green and chopped. seasoned with olive oil, salt and chile flake.
Hmm, perhaps you should start putting out an extra table setting on pizza nights.
Thanks! I picked up my kale an hour ago.
